- Inspect fan belt, replace if needed
- Clean condenser coil with water and approved coil cleaner
- Test refrigerant charge
- Test supply and return temperatures
- Make sure all panels are secure
- Test motor amperage
- Check bearings, oil as needed
- Test compressor amperage
- Clean debris from cabinet and electrical panel
- Replace filters (may be part of filter scope)

4 Visits Per Year
