Air conditioner was low on freon

Your service man was very courteous, knowledgeable,thorough diagnosed the problem,spent a great deal of time.He ascertained that the unit was installed in 2015,and required Freon.This was in sharp contrast to the prior individual who said the unit was installed in 2008 and required to be replaced.He took a few pictures but didn’t measure any pressures.Your present serviceman should be duly rewarded,he is a credit to your firm.

I received a prompt response from Temp Engineering at the same day that I inquired about their services. They were able to accommodate me the very next day for a/c evaporator coil cleaning. I would highly recommend Temp Engineering for your a/c needs. I have used warranty companies for over 10 years and am generally not impressed with the service companies with which they contract. This time though I was pleasantly surprised. Temp Service were extremely responsive, and had a technician on-site asap. The technician was knowledgeable and had safety in mind wearing a mask when he arrived.
